Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
